Returned Studios (”We,” “Our,” “Returned Studios,” “Returned Team,” “Management,” “Team”) We provide Pixel Art services, Spigot/Paper Plugin Development services.

To be eligible to create a commission for any of our Services, you must be 18 years of age. If you are below 18 years of age, you agree that you have your parent’s or your guardian’s permission to agree to this document legally.

1) General

  1. Terms of Service, this document is applicable immediately following the purchase of anything, using any services, or creating a ticket, from Returned Studios.
  2. Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without warning or notification and are immediately applicable to all Digital Product* services.
  3. Any violation of Terms of Service may result in a Ban from all services provided by Returned Studios and/or legal pursuance to collect funds or reimburse damages depending on the severity of the violation as decided by Returned Studios.
  4. Returned Studios reserves the right to terminate service(s) for limitations listed in terms of service or violation of service terms.
    1. Any situation not addressed by the Terms of Service will be handled reasonably at the complete discretion of Returned Studios on a case-by-case basis directly with the client.
    2. If a service was terminated before a service or a finished product was delivered, before a complete payment was paid, Returned Studios will have full rights to the service or product to do with it what Returned Studios wishes.
      1. All agreed-upon rights for the client during a service window will become invalid if the service was terminated and not completed.
        1. This excludes the rights listed in terms of Service.

    1. Any other copy, document or link will not be valid at any time for any reason.

2) Licensing and Usage

  1. All Digital Products* developed by Returned Studios Team members are the sole property of Returned Studios.
  2. The purchaser, a person who purchased a product/service from Returned Studios, is granted a non-exclusive license/right to use the digital work on their personally owned server(s) or software(d). Under this license, you may not:
    1. Transfer the products or materials to another person, person’s server(s), or “mirror” the materials to a third party in any form, modified or unmodified.

3) Trademarks and Copyrights

  1. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any Digital Products* created by Returned Studios, modified or unmodified.
  2. You cannot redistribute any, paid or unpaid, Digital Products* created by Returned Studios, modified or unmodified. Nor can a user use any of Returned Studios’ Digital Products*, modified or unmodified, on a website or any other medium for distribution or be included in any other service without consent from Returned Studios.
    1. Includes any form of a distribution platform for digital product sales (paid or unpaid) or trading.
    2. Includes posting public documents, showcase images, or any other public content posted by Returned Studios.

4) Limitations

  1. In no event or circumstance shall Returned Studios be liable for any damages (Including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, players, customers, or profit due to any form of issue or service interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Returned Studios’ products, modified or unmodified, even if Returned Studios has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
  2. Returned Studios does not offer free service upgrades or free graphical product revisions after the delivery of a service or product.
    1. This includes the free service upgrades/revisions offered to a client by Returned Studios during a service.
      1. In other word(s), a customer’s free service upgrades/revisions will become invalid after the delivery/completion of a service and/or product.
      2. Service upgrades are limited to minor adjustments to the work done for a customer.
    2. Returned Studios may make free recommendations for changes on a case-by-case request by past clients but will not send unlimited free upgrades/changes/revisions for life.
      1. Returned Studios will offer upgrades or revisions at a small convenience fee or possibly a service vouch/review if pre-approved by Returned Studios Management team.
